The Facebook group “TAHITIAN AMERICAN FAMILIES & COUPLES” is private but accepts those who are:

  • Tahitian or from French Polynesia by birth/nationality or ancestry, currently living in the U.S.

  • Tahitian located in either French Polynesia or the U.S. and married to an American

  • The children of a Tahitian parent or grandparent (or at least one parent came from Tahiti/French Polynesia)

  • Married to or have children with someone from Tahiti/French Polynesia

  • The caregiver of a grandchild, nephew, niece or adopted child from Tahiti/French Polynesia.

  • Americans or Hawaiians that have children that now reside in Tahiti/French Polynesia

  • Americans or Hawaiians who still have parents/grandparents that live in Tahiti/French Polynesia

We also started a Podcast for Tahitian American Families & Couples called TE REVA NEI AU.

You can listen on Spotify but also here: https://rss.com/podcasts/te-reva-nei-au/

Te Reva Nei Au is the 1st & only Podcast that documents the lives of Tahitian American Families & Couples... our love stories, the long distance, the visas, raising our children in 1 or both countries - this is for couples in which 1 partner is from French Polynesia & the other is in the United States & also for those in the U.S. who have Ma'ohi (Tahitian) ancestry.
